Packed Lunches

Children can bring a packed lunch if parents prefer, in a box clearly marked with the child's name.  Sweets (confectionary), chocolate bars and fizzy drinks are not allowed. We have children in school with nut allergies and ask that children do not bring nut products into school. We ask parents to support us in healthy eating when considering the contents of the lunchbox.

General Food and Drink

We encourage children to eat fruit at playtimes children in Foundation Stage and Key Stage One are provided with fruit every day.  Key stage 2 children are encouraged to bring fresh fruit from home.

Milk is available for children in all classes and may be purchased from www.schoolmilk.co.uk, payable in advance.

We encourage children to drink plenty of water during the day. Drinking water is provided in or near each classroom.  Every child needs a named clear plastic drinking bottle for tap water, which may be used during the day. Juices or flavoured waters are not permitted.  Drinking bottles are available from school and can be purchased via Parentpay.
